We are urgently seeking a motivated and technically minded Bid Coordinator to support our Business Development team in their mission to secure new contracts and projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth organization in the Robotics sector.

The Bid Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective and timely delivery of high-quality tender documents, while maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the tender process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Business Development team with contract administration tasks.
- Prepare technical documents, ensuring a high level of written comprehension.
- Collaborate with the team to estimate and quote on various projects, utilising templates where available.
- Contribute to writing technical documents for our Robotics team during quieter periods in the quoting process.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and provide support to a team of three professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical background or trade experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong written comprehension skills for creating technical documents.
- Proficiency in estimating and quoting processes (templates provided).
- Adaptability to switch between quoting and technical documentation tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
