Well-established sporting club based on the Bayside (Wynnum) seeking an Accounts all-rounder / Bookkeeper for an initial 2-3 month contract. The role will report through to the Finance Manager and will provide day-to-day accounting support. Ideally, 4 - 5 hours per day over 5 days a week.

**About the role**

This is a very hands-on role that provides support for day to day transactions including:

- Full function Accounts Payable including processing invoices through to EFT payments;
- Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts;
- General account invoicing and journal entries;
- Account and statement reconciliations; and
- Assisting with other financial and project tasks as required.

**About you**

You are either an experienced Accounts Officer or Assistant Accountant with a high attention to detail and level of accuracy. Ideally you will have prior experience using Xero (not essential) and sound Excel skills.
