We're a dedicated training organisation in the health industry, committed to delivering high-quality courses in welcoming, supportive, and flexible learning environments across Australia. We have 2 positions available with full time and/or part time hours negotiable. The success applicants will be qualified to deliver a range of health and community services related units including pathology, hospital and health services, clinical units, community services and pharmacy. We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic Trainer/Assessor who is passionate about helping our students succeed to join our team.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Deliver engaging training and assessment services for students enrolled in our health and community services qualifications.
- Mark assessments according to our guidelines and keep track of student progress throughout their training.
- Maintain accurate, timely records and support learners through Zoom sessions
- Participate in professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
- Help improve our services and contribute to a positive team environment that reflects the HIT Code of Conduct.

To thrive in this position, you should have:

- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), or be willing to obtain as a priority.
- Clinical skills relating to pathology, clinical measurements,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong computer skills and a commitment to delivering quality training.

This full time or part-time role (25-30 hours per week, negotiable) offers a competitive rate of $45-$50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. You’ll be working on-site at our Aspley location and supporting face-to-face training sessions.
