**POSITION TITLE**:Logistics Coordinator**
**REPORT TO**:Superintendent OR Nominee**
**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**:
¨ Coordinate the logístical operations for the company supporting the operations manager, superintendent, field supervisors, project coordinators and staff as required.
¨ Coordinate preferred suppliers and key subcontractors with material and equipment orders.
¨ Maintain the company inventory, plant and equipment ensuring accountability for security, condition and maintenance standards are achieved to highest levels.
¨ Maintain client reputation, company growth, revenue and compliance with industry regulations.
¨ To assist the project construction teams as trade assistant and labouring duties to meet client expectations of quality, schedule and budgets.
¨ To perform all duties as reasonably requested by the company.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
¨ Employee at this level will contribute, as required, to the determination of objectives, within the relevant field(s) of their expertise
¨ Responsible and Accountable for own work
¨ May delegate responsibility for the work under your control or supervision, in terms of scheduling work loads, resolving operations problems and monitoring the quality of work produced.
¨ May be required to counsel staff of a lower level for performance as well as work related matters.
¨ Would also be able to assist in the delivery of training courses
¨ Exercise initiative, discretion and judgement in the performance of office duties
¨ Investigate and monitor industry trends and client service requirements and report back to the Operations manager or nominee.
¨ Prepare and maintain company report activities to the responsible persons within the business.
¨ Undertake marketing activities to ensure JBE is fully informed of business opportunities and prospects.
¨ Prepare and maintain registers to ensure plant and equipment are being serviced and maintained.
¨ Accept responsibility for the scope, accuracy and traceability for material and inventory usage between the company and subcontractors.
¨ Promote JBE’s culture, policies and procedures to staff as part of work activities
¨ Undertake job preparation documentation to achieve the objectives of quality, schedule and WHS compliance, whilst requiring no supervision.
¨ Manage the logístical and warehousing workflow of the company project requirements.
¨ Ensure compliance with technical and quality assurance standards. Ensure that clients' standards are known, understood and followed by JBE’s staff.
¨ Accept responsibility for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of job documentation performed directly and for works delegated to staff.
¨ Carry out site visits and meetings to liaise with clients, contractors to maintain the company’s reputation and approved supplier arrangements.
¨ Maintain and develop the company’s client base by wining client’s satisfaction and trust during the performance of assigned projects.
¨ Perform all other duties that may be reasonable requested and within skills being demonstrated
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
