- As Third-Party Engagement Specialist, enables the operations team and broader business to achieve its operations related objectives, resulting in on-time external vendor payments & processing. The Training & Operational Governance Lead supports local and global system compliance, associate learning and keeping up to date with local and global training requirements to achieve the 90% completion KPI.
- This role is reporting to Business Ops Manager.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Create / Update Vendors database (SIM), TPRM (Risk Assessment)
- Create Purchase orders (e-Shop) and ongoing management, Goods Receipt all incoming Invoices, liaising with activity owners as needed and interaction with Vendors Payment Queries
- Attend TA monthly budget meetings, updating PO/activity as required, prepare coding sheetsand coding sheets & non-PO invoices
- Manage Virtual Up4growth assistant as required, maintain new starter role activation and upload and maintain curriculums
- Attend monthly local AU learning responsible meeting, attend Global learning responsible monthly meetings. Yearly audit on local curriculums and content
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues & queries, manage enrolments for Medicines Australia for the IM division, manage Medicines Australia queries relating to editions and completion status, attend Quarterly MA Coordinator meetings run by Medicines Australia
- Roll out and manage new edition training to the business, reporting for training compliance & updates. Follow up with non-compliant MA associates via line managers
- Condor Management, follow up, compliance & updates. ESOPS Management - SOP Manager and SOP Co-Author roles as required. Managing SOP workflows through ESOPS as required. Work with the Global team to identify any unresolved issues or system glitches.

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to identify problems and take corrective actions.
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Ability to solve problems and gain cooperation through discussion and teamwork
- Experience with eShop, SIM & VIM, ESOPS and Condor
- Keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of GxP systems and processes. System-savvy and extensive exposure to databases, learning systems and platforms such as LMS
