Senior Automation Tester

**Your New Role**:
As an **Automation Test Analyst**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our educational software solutions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test scenarios.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or similar).
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure system stability.
- Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, providing valuable insights to improve product quality.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- ** Experience**: A minimum of 5 **years** in automation testing, preferably within the education or related domain.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) and scripting languages (Java, Python, or similar).
- ** Domain Knowledge**: Familiarity with educational software systems, learning management platforms, or student information systems.
- ** Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for identifying defects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- ** Collaborative Spirit**: Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities.
