**The Position**
- Position Title: Manager - Mental Health Service Transformation
- Classification: YC93 (or equivalent of qualification)
- Salary per hour (exc. super): $53.75
- Hours per fortnight: 80 (including ADO)
- Employment Status: Full-time fixed-term
- Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination

**Role Description**
- The Mental Health Service Transformation Manager position is a senior role that reports to the Deputy Director of Nursing and works closely alongside and in collaboration with the Development and Systems Manager. The role is central to the overall success of the mental health transformation program, being responsible for leading the direction, coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting on the program of activities that comprise service transformation.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential : Relevant tertiary qualification/s with a thorough understanding of the Victorian Mental Health system, the recommendations of the Royal Commission and the underpinning principles for service system transformation
- Essential : Significant experience working within the health system/health care environment (minimum of 5 years’ experience) with demonstrated exceptional influencing and relationship management skills including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with individuals and partners
- Essential : Commitment to working collaboratively with and advocating for the inclusion of perspectives of people with living and lived experience of mental health services
- Essential : Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and recognise the expertise, experiences and perspectives of others, utilising these to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Essential : Proven experience managing strategic, improvement and change programs and competently overseeing multiple programs of work
- Essential : Strong performance management, data analysis, and reporting skills
