**About the Role**:

- We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Spa Receptionist to provide quality, warm and friendly service. Using only Australian plant based / natural skincare and health supplements, Spa Lucca offer a complete wellness experience. Remedial and relaxation massage modalities combined with Body therapies including Himalayan body scrubs sit amongst the luxurious menu offerings. Duties include but will not be limited to:
-Managing day to day bookings
-General spa upkeep and stock management.
-Provide support and assistance to the therapists throughout the day.

This is a casual position, offering approximately up to 30 hours per week and requires availability to work 1 day on the weekend as well as a range of shifts across the rest of the week.**About You**:

- With a passion for all things health, beauty and skincare, you will be a customer service orientated team player with a demonstrated background in administration, reception, or coordination. You will have high grooming standards and will pride yourself on giving our guests the 5 star luxury experience they have come to expect.**Certification -** Current First Aid and CPR Certification is a requirement.
