The Learning and Teaching Team is comprised of the Associate Principal - Senior Secondary, Head of Department - Learning and Teaching, and three Learning and Teaching coaches. A key area of focus is the embedding of a consistent language for our learning and teaching practices - continually developing and refining consistency of practice across faculty areas in classroom pedagogy. We believe that effective teachers are provided with opportunities for self-reflection and are equipped with the skills to continually refine their craft in order to improve student outcomes.
**Goals**: - enhance our community of forward thinkers, ensuring teachers are recognised and supported as learners;
- ensure students are engaged through active learning and teaching;
- provide professional development and opportunities for self-reflection to teaching staff;

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
