**The Roles**

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team. You will have a passion for safety around the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time. We seek individuals that available to work during our peak seasons.

Having appropriate qualifications or prepared to get them is valued highly.

**We have the following roles available, with specific qualifications required as follows**:

- ** Lifeguards**: Pool Lifeguard Award
- ** Learn to Swim Teachers**:Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Licence or equivalent

Skills & Attributes:

- Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
- Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
