**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of coffee-based beverages and light food items to a high standard
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Operating cash registers and processing customer payments
- Keeping track of stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary
- Assisting with kitchen duties, such as dishwashing and food preparation
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a cafe or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee-based beverages and light food items
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work well in a team environment
