Jessie McPherson Private Hospital (JMPH) is a bed tertiary level Private Hospital which has been co-located with Monash Medical Centre Clayton since 1987. Our co - location with Monash Health provides a unique opportunity for access to world-renowned research and teaching facilities.

As you would expect, we need your sound understanding of clinical assessment. Naturally you are a clear and positive communicator, quickly establishing rapport with the people you work with.
- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and consent to ongoing registration checks via Monash Health Electronic Credentialing system
- Current and ongoing employment screening including and not limited to satisfactory National Police Check, and Working With Children Check as per Working With Children Act 2005
- Post graduate qualification in leadership or management or working towards the same is desirable
- A minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute clinical setting
- Demonstration of appropriate competencies and skills
- Experience in a private health care facility
- Private health fund contract knowledge
- Ability to work in a flexible manner, independently and as part of a team
- Ability to develop positive relationships with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Proficient IT skills including Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
