**Location**: 3 days in the Office (Parramatta) and 2 days from home

**About Our Client**:
Our client, a leading organization in the Legal and Professional Services sector, is seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Clerk to join their team as a Taxation Officer. This opportunity is based in Parramatta, offering a dynamic work environment and the chance to contribute to the taxation compliance obligations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare taxation returns for individuals and straightforward taxation returns related to deceased estates and trusts. Training will be provided in relation to deceased estate and trust tax returns if assigned, but prior experience will be an advantage.
- Collaborate with other tax staff to ensure administrative tasks are appropriately completed.
- Maintain information, worksheets, and other records.
- Respond to client, staff, and ATO queries.
- Prepare routine tax correspondence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in preparing taxation returns, with a focus on individual returns and deceased estates/trusts (prior experience in the latter is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to respond effectively to client, staff, and ATO queries.
- Familiarity with routine tax correspondence.
