This role is responsible for the processing of meat including cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding raw materials to Hill Street's quality standards. You will also promote sales by focusing on merchandising, quality, freshness, and customer experience. You'll make some smallgoods too (prior experience not necessary).

You will have a sound knowledge of all aspects of food safety and hygiene, with a focus on quality and consistency. You will also have a friendly attitude, strong teamwork and communication skills.
