On-the-job Training

Form 2000 is a progressive OEM sheet metal manufacturer with inhouse capabilities to design and customise products and solutions. We are committed to continuous improvement and have the latest robotic advancements in sheet metal technology.

We are currently looking for someone to join our powder coating team, who has had some experience working as a spray painter or equivalent. You will be provided with on-the-job training and support and will have the option of either Day or Afternoon shifts.

Key duties - you will be trained in:

- Prepare a variety of surfaces including; steel, aluminium, other metals
- Operate the powder coater machine
- Blow dry parts coming out of the parts washer
- Mask parts that do not need to be painted
- Programme and setup jobs as per guidelines
- Perform quality checks
- Arrange spot welding of any deficiencies
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Adhere to safety and all other company policies
- Keep a clean and safe work area
