We are looking for a switched on and dynamic **Casual Bartender** to work at Hurricane’s Grill & Bar at Narellan**.**
- **Responsibilities**_

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, recommending drinks and providing excellent service at the bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, monitoring guest consumption and intervening when necessary.
- **Skills and Experience**_
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar, high-paced restaurant/ bar.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient time management aptitude.
- A deep passion for upholding top-tier food, beverage, and service quality standards.

Pay: $33.00 - $65.00 per hour
