**T-Shirt Printer / Apparel Decorator - Permanent Part-Time (View to Full-Time)**

Must be available _Monday to Friday, between 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm._

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **hands-on, detail-driven T-Shirt Printer / Apparel Decorator** to join our growing team at **Same Day Printing**.

You’ll be working with **Direct to Film (DTF)**, **Full-Colour Heat Transfer Vinyl**, and **Specialty Heat Transfer Films** - producing custom apparel across shirts, hoodies, gym wear, bags, hats, shoes, umbrellas and more.

**What You’ll Do**
- Review and prepare incoming orders for production
- Set up machines, prepare stock, print, and complete orders
- Quality check all garments before dispatch
- Operate and maintain printing equipment
- Keep your area clean, safe, and organised
- Support our casual and part-time team members as needed

**Growth & Collaboration**
- Work with our suppliers to explore new apparel materials and finishes
- Share product knowledge with our enquiry and design teams
- Help our marketing team promote apparel range online and across social media
- Keep our team uniforms fresh and on-brand

**About You**

You’re energetic, creative, and take pride in producing top-quality work.
You’ll need to be:
Physically fit - this is a hands-on, fast-paced role
Detail-oriented with an eye for colour and placement
Keen to learn new apparel techniques and trends
A team player who enjoys contributing ideas and solutions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
