**ABOUT THE ROLES**:

- Are you interested in permanent, part time or casual work we are keen to hear from you. We are seeking expressions of interest for various roles at Mercy Place Montrose including:

- Personal Care Assistants - Care Companions
- Enrolled, Endorsed Nurses
- Registered Nurses
- Cleaners
- Food Service Attendants
- In these roles the tasks will vary, however you will be involved in supporting the everyday needs of our residents to live healthy, enriching and meaningful lives, promoting resident physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Depending on your skills, which role you are interested and experience, tasks may include:

- Assistance with personal care
- Cooking, assisting residents with meals and serving
- Domestic services such as cleaning and laundry
- Clinical care
- Other general household and care duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**:

- We are interested to hear from passionate and caring individuals who are currently or are considering a change in to there working environment. If you are looking to get back into the workforce, studying, currently looking for a new role or have availability for extra work at a casual capacity, we could have the perfect opportunity for you in one of the following areas:

- Personal Care Assistant / Care Companion: Current Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, previous experience in Aged Care is preferred but not essential, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Previous experience in cooking or in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Food Services Assistants: Level 1 Food Safety Handler certificate, ability to work effectively in a team environment, passion for excellent food service and an understanding of the importance of providing nutritious meals to residents and their families.
- Cleaners: Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, relevant experience in aged care or large-scale commercial cleaning, and a demonstrated understanding of person-centred care.
- Registered Nurse: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), excellent clinical skills and significant Aged Care experience, leadership qualities, strong working knowledge of legislation and policies pertinent to Aged Care, computer literacy and a high level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
