**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This full-time, office-based position, is a critical role in our fast-paced team, responsible for supporting our repair technicians, and our clients across the country by ensuring the right parts are in the right place, at the right time. This role assists with managing fix2U inventory and stock movements in and out of the office including (but not limited) to handling and packing orders, stock control and reporting.
- Receipt stock with accuracy and manage discrepancies.
- Dispatch all outward goods and inter branch transfers.
- Manage the procurement of packing and postage materials as required.
- Keep the parts stock room clean and tidy ensuring stock is stored in a dust/dirt free environment and in an accessible manner.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to improve the efficiency of office operations and stock management.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- You get a kick out of working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong organisation skills and capacity to be self-directed, planning and prioritising to deliver on time, every time.
- A critical eye for optimising processes and seizing opportunities.
- A team player with a solution focused and positive mindset, and a commitment to fix2U’s values of ingenuity, integrity, care for others, and fun.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
