**About the role**:
City Development Branch Administration team (The “A” team) plays a vital role supporting Council’s, Building, Environmental Health, and Planning Services to help our diverse community to plan, build and maintain inspiring spaces and places to live, work and play in, safely**. We are seeking a dynamic, customer focused, administrative professional** to join our high-performance team.

The position is required to work at a fast pace and involves a range of administrative tasks including maintaining computer records, dealing with correspondence, preparing documentation for external stakeholders, dealing with general enquiries and customer service.

**Skills and experience require to perform the role**:

- A passion for Customer Service
- Knowledge of planning development and building approvals, and/or environmental health process in Victoria
- Experience using the computer database Pathway will be highly regarded.
- Experience using the records management system Content Manager will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly in a team environment.
- Initiative is the key to success
