**Store Manager Responsibilities**

Staff management
- Training, supervising and appraising staff
- Creating and managing weekly rosters
- Maintaining employees’ attendances
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation for staff
- Training and reviewing staff new processes/products/policies regularly
- Providing a two-way communication and emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Reviewing staff work performance regularly

Cash and sales management
- Managing cash deposit for store
- Maintaining statistical and financial records—cash-up settlements
- Organising all receipt (cash deposit, cash in and out, daily cash up summary) to accounting team.
- Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so

Stocktake management
- Overseeing stock control and placing orders
- Updating the store’s stocktake and place weekly/fortnightly orders on Inventory App
- Compiling monthly order sheets and sending to head office

Store management
- Maintaining store cleaning up
- Being proactive about reporting store equipment, maintenance and repairs.
- Machines maintenances (fridges, blenders) Report Ad hoc maintenance to Regional Manager for further procedure.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints, identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Attending weekly meetings
- Learning, reviewing and updating regularly of new products/processes/policies
- Liaising with regional manager, report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Managing all Food & Beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Fulfill targets, schedules, policies and procedures

**Salary**: From $56,000.00 per year
