A growing Tier 3 civil infrastructure company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to lead its efforts in becoming a Tier 2 contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a commercial strategy that supports the company's goal of becoming a Tier 2 contractor.
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including procurement, tendering, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Oversee the preparation of project budgets and financial reports, ensuring that project costs are managed effectively.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure that the company's systems and processes are aligned with best practice commercial management techniques.
- Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure that commercial objectives are met and that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
