ASV Sports Group is running the _ASV Summer 5s_ — a 5-a-side soccer competition for players (youth to adults).

We’re currently seeking **motivated and reliable referees** to officiate in our upcoming **Soccer Tournament.**

**Role Overview**

As a referee, you’ll be responsible for ensuring fair play, safety, and sportsmanship throughout each match. You’ll help manage games, enforce competition rules, and contribute to an enjoyable experience for all players.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Officiate and manage soccer matches/games (2×20 min halves)
- Ensure games are played safely and within the tournament rules
- Maintain accurate scorecards and report results after each match
- Communicate effectively with players and organizers
- Handle minor disputes or incidents calmly and professionally
- Arrive on time, in appropriate referee attire

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience refereeing or playing soccer (community level or above)
- **Working With Children Check (WWCC)** - required
- **First Aid Certificate** - preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and confident in decision-making
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work evenings (5 to 8 pm)
