**What you’ll be doing**

As a passionate Qualified Educator, you’ll support the Supervisor to manage all operational aspects of the service, implementing effective service programs, monitoring behaviour and ratios, whilst building positive, welcoming and inclusive relationships with the children and their parents.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**
- Have a passion and strong desire to encourage and assist primary school age children’s development and learning
- Have an ACECQA approved qualification; Diploma in Children’s Services (0-14), Bachelor of Education or equivalent. (Overseas qualification must be assessed by ACECQA)
- Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
