Centre Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Centre Manager **to join the team and encourage our little one’s true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Blair Athol, Genius **childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
Genuis Blair Athol is a modern, purpose built early learning centre that offers early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. The Centre has 6 rooms, yoga room and sensory/art room

The purpose-built facilities have been designed to inspire a love of learning in the children. Each space indoors is well-resourced to ensure the children have access to what they need for their daily activities.

**Your new role**:

- Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
- Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
