**About this Opportunity**:
We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista who has a passion for coffee and customer service Working 25 hours per week as the Head Barista you will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the BrewPoint Café as well as mentoring and training barista and customer service staff.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to a loyal customer base by providing high quality food and beverage services
- Manage café inventory levels
- Deliver initiatives to improve customer service and drive sales
- Develop and mentor other team members to ensure product knowledge and high standard service

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- 12 months’ barista experience
- 12 months’ customer service experience
- Sales and cash handling experience
- Well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
