We are looking for a suitable person to fill the position of Sports Development Officer (Futsal) - Queensland. The role will be critical to the ongoing coordination and day-to-day management of our operations based in the Gold Coast. In these locations we deliver futsal training, football (soccer) training, private coaching sessions, and holiday camps.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing high level futsal coaching to players, conduct player assessments, and provide feedback
- Provide tactical game coaching and review team match performance
- Inspiring, entertain, and educate players to be better and ensuring that all coaching sessions meets the high standards of the Academy
- Recruit players to form our elite and development squads
- Recruit high quality coaching staff
- Coordinate entries into competitions and tournaments
- Promote participation in futsal and player development.
- Coordinate and direct all futsal activities for the Academy and liaise with external stakeholders as part of this process
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
- Undertake administrative duties such as coordination of program, stakeholder meetings, invoicing and collection of payments, and oversee the registration of players in our Queensland programs
- Ensure all deadlines are met.
- Ensure a high standard of coaching is delivered in all of our Queensland programs

**Essential Criteria**
- A relevant Diploma qualification or higher
- At least one year of work experience in same/similar position
- Extensive experience in supervising staff
- Passion and strong commitment in developing young players through futsal
- Extensive experience in coaching players aged 6-13 in futsal
- Initiative and drive to grow our operations on the Gold Coast
- Strong work ethic
- A current Blue Card

**Desired Criteria**
- High level interpersonal and team working skills
- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
- Experience in working within a futsal academy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
