Zoetis has manufacturing network of 29 sites worldwide, and following our acquisition of Jurox Australia, located at Rutherford in the Hunter Valley, we are now seeking to employee new team members in our Quality Department.

**Position summary**

The primary responsibility of the QA Operations Associate is to assist the running of the quality system within both the Laboratory and Operations facility to ensure compliance to GMP for products manufactured.

**Position responsibilities**
- Facilitate the initiation and closure of QIs, NCRs, CAPAs, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Liaise with Production and Engineering departments on issues relating to quality. To also attend daily Production/Planning meetings and reporting back to the quality department.
- Review batch and packing documentation promptly in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Release intermediate and raw materials to meet demand.
- Review Environmental Monitoring and Water testing results.
- Preparation of quality assurance procedures, standard operating procedures and batch documentation as required.
- Manage Process Validation requirements.
- Facilitate the initiation and closure of Change Controls and Temporary Change Controls.
- Support new product introductions.
- Facilitate and support reprocess of goods as required.
- Promptly inform your manager of any quality issues which may put the quality system, product and/or the company at risk or affect the efficiency of the laboratory.
- Assist in the preparation for regulatory and customer audits.
- Provide DOM/DOE, specific gravity and fill ranges to production, as required.

**Education and experience**
- Minimum TAFE or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Science or Pharmaceutical Science preferred
