**In the role, you will...**
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers to contact us after an insured event
- Help our customers in their time of need by setting up their claim for success
- Problem solve on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Be a direct point of contact for customers and service providers
- Act in accordance with legislative and company requirements at all times
- Use your passion for customer service and your exceptional communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience

**We have three permanent part-time shifts available.**
- 4 days a week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) 7.6 hours a day.
- 3 days a week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) 7.6 hours a day.
- 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) 5 hours a day from 9AM-2PM
