Sales / Renovation Consultant

Urban Building Group WA is a family -owned Company specializing in Commercial and Residential Fit-outs and Renovations inc. Bathrooms and Kitchens. We specialize in transforming Clients Visions into Realities. We provide detailed Craftmanship and Attention to detail while providing Exception Customer Service.

We are looking for a motivated person, who has a Passion for Renovations coupled with some Drafting or Designing Experience. You can use you collaborative experience to assist clients in exploring there creative requirement to bring there dream into Reality.

**Your Role**:

- Conduct Site measurements/create accurate project drawings + assess the area of work for each project
- Liase directly with clients to discuss their Renovation needs, requirements + expectations.
- Generate leads and arrange Site meetings
- Work in conjunction with the Estimator and Designer of our Project Team
- Follow up leads after intial consult
- Guide Customers through there requirements
- No Sales Commission or pressure

**Skills and experience**:

- Have knowledge in Renovations
- Excellent Communications and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail and accuracy in providing quotes
- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated and result Driven
- Ability to work independent and as part of a Team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Building and / or Renovation: 2 years (required)
- Building, Renovation or Bathroom Sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
