**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced casual Medical Receptionist with medical administration skills to join our team at Notre Dame Clinic in Carlingford. We are a modern and established medical practice, easily accessible by public transport.

The position would suit individuals with at least 2-3 years experience in a General Practice Clinic.

Previous experience working with a Psychologist is highly desirable.

Previous experience using Best Practice Software is preferable.

Duties include(but not limited to):
Booking appointments

Answering telephone calls

Mail, scanning and allocating to patients files

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
