**What you’ll do**:

- Process customer and supplier invoices in MYOB
- Allocate customer payments and handle daily banking transactions
- Assist Operational Managers with data entry, stock tracking, and ordering
- Support the Managing Executive and team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
- Provide general accounts and office support to keep operations running smoothly

**About you**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Some admin or accounts experience preferred; MYOB knowledge is an advantage

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
