**Best&Less** has an opportunity for a Full time Permanent Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Runaway Bay store in QLD. This Full Time role is for somebody who has aspirations for achieving big things in retail, as career growth is an important aspect of this opportunity. This role will also entail development and possible Step-Up opportunities.

As an integral members of the Runaway Bay 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**As a Team member your role will include**:

- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
- Stock control

**As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:
