**About the Position**:
Kent is seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Completions Management Systems (CCMS) Lead with proficiency in Hexagon solutions to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of CCMS across our projects. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of Hexagon Smart technologies to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. This project is currently in execution stage, meaning the role will be primarily **Perth CBD** based with occasional site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of Commissioning Completions Management Systems (CCMS), leveraging Hexagon Smart Completions tools.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to define CCMS requirements and develop comprehensive system strategies aligned with project goals.
- Configure and customize CCMS solutions to meet specific project requirements and operational needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on CCMS functionality, workflows, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of CCMS performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs for project teams and end-users on Hexagon CCMS tools and methodologies.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and management.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for ad-hoc support and troubleshooting as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commissioning Completions Management Systems Lead or similar role in the engineering, construction, or oil & gas industry.
- Strong proficiency in using Hexagon PPM (formerly Intergraph) Smart Completions or other CCMS software **(mandatory)**.
- In-depth knowledge of commissioning and completions processes, workflows, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing CCMS implementations and delivering successful project outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites for ad-hoc support and troubleshooting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Technical background with project experience in the mining or oil gas sectors
- Certification in CCMS tools specifically Hexagon Smart
- Experience with other Hexagon solutions relevant to project management and engineering operations.
