At Marxcraft, we are not simply builders, we are Artisans shaping legacies. For twenty five years, our workshop has been entrusted to deliver interiors and furniture for the world’s most prestigious superyachts, private jets, residences and commercial spaces.

We pride ourselves on being the specialists in one-of-a-kind commissions that demands nothing less than mastery, precision and perfection. Our team is composed of professionals marked by discretion, reliability and excellence.

We are continually expanding our team to meet the demands of a growing portfolio of landmark projects, including the full construction and fit-out of a 50-metre composite superyacht. This flagship build will span years and lead into an exciting pipeline of commissions unlike any other.

**Who We Are Seeking**

We have ongoing openings to welcoming three types of exceptional individuals who share our values of excellence, creativity, and integrity:
**1. Master Craftsmen of Exceptional Calibre**
- Shipwrights / boat builders with composite / fibreglassing experience
- Mastery in fine woodworking, cabinetmaking, bespoke furniture or luxury yacht interiors
- Expertise in solid timbers, veneers and intricate detailing
- Experience in luxury yacht interiors or high-end residential / commercial fit-outs
- Experience with composite boat building and fibreglassing
- Relentlessly high standards of precision, detail, and finish
- Ready to take on a defining role in one of Australia’s most prestigious yacht builds

**2. Skilled Craftspeople & Tradesmen**
- Experienced in high quality cabinetmaking, timber furniture, marine fit-outs, fibreglass, and composite boat building
- Strong technical knowledge of solid timber, veneers, fibreglassing and fine detailing
- Ambition to refine skills and enthusiasm for becoming a Master Craftsman

**3. Apprentices with Passion and Potential**
- Enthusiastic individuals with a love of making and an eye for detail
- Commitment to learning, developing and joining the ranks of Australia’s finest craftsmen
