The Grumpy Baker Vaucluse is looking for an All rounder with coffee experience - full time or part time available.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers upon entry
- Supplying menus and informative information regarding products
- ⁠Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios as well as knowing specific ingredients of pastry’s and bread)
- ⁠Prepare beverages following recipes provided
- ⁠Serve beverages and prepared food to standard
- ⁠POS knowledge
- ⁠Keep the bar area clean and tidy
- ⁠Staying on top of clean and polished cutlery and dishes
- ⁠Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- ⁠Comply with health and safety regulations
- ⁠Communicate customer feedback to managers as well as any suggestions

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience with in the industry as well as barista knowledge (ideally australia industry trained)
- ⁠Flexibility to work various shifts
- ⁠Excellent communication skills is a necessity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $25.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
