**Trainee Educator**

We are searching for a trainee educator to join our team. This Full-Time role will provide you with the opportunity learn while working on the job to support children in their development, interests, and well-being through our monthly educational program, in-services, and excursions. You will be working alongside educators who have many years of experience and are confident in our policies, procedures, and philosophy. This position will be supported with mentoring and leadership skills development.

We believe in incorporating natural elements into our play-based learning programs, creating inviting learning spaces, and building strong and meaningful relationships with our families and children.

**Skills and experience**
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Australian Citizen
- Passion for working with children
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proactive with a can-do attitude

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
