This means we support people to secure, maintain and thrive in meaningful work, and businesses of all sizes to recruit a valuable and diverse workforce. **About the Role** The primary objective of the Team Leader role is to facilitate a consistently high standard of operational delivery outcomes for both their immediate team through training, evaluation, and support, as well as meeting individual delivery objectives through the management of a reduced caseload. This includes supporting team performance across quality, productivity and compliance to external regulations and internal policies and procedures.
