Maintenance Brick Paver

**About Us**

We’re a well-established paving and landscaping company based in Wangara, working on diverse projects across Perth. Our team is made up of long-term staff who value teamwork, safety, and delivering quality results. We mainly service schools, train stations, and local government councils.

We’re seeking an experienced **Brick Paver** to join our team. You will carry out maintenance paving, tactile paving, and landscaping tasks such as artificial turf and limestone wall installation.
- Start daily from our **Wangara workshop**:

- Work at **various sites across Perth** (occasional regional work, weekends, or night shifts)
- Use company vehicles for travel to sites
- Diverse and interesting job scopes

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set levels, screed, and mark up for paving
- Cut bricks accurately and efficiently
- Install tactile pavers, artificial grass, and limestone walls
- Follow safety procedures and site guidelines
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year paving experience**:

- **White Card** (Construction Induction)
- **Driver's licence and own vehicle**:

- Willing to obtain **police clearance**:

- Able to **pass drug & alcohol screening**:

- Physically fit with a **strong work ethic**:

- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**Desirable (Not Essential)**
- Experience in landscaping or other trades (e.g. concreting, tiling, bricklaying)
- Forklift, bobcat, or mini-excavator experience
- Site set-out experience
- Ability to read and interpret site plans

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $59,900.00 - $99,025.13 per year
