**The Opportunity**

This is an amazing opportunity for you to excel in your career goals. They are looking for an individual who’s a go getter and enjoys working collaborative with a team
- Meet and greet clients and arrange appointments
- Maintain office stationery levels and kitchen amenities
- CRM data management to improve and protect data integrity using Xero Practice Manager
- Client onboarding/removal management
- Assist in the management of our ATO lodgement program and daily lodgement of tax returns
- Tax Agent Portal client data base management, registrations, client updates, including client and practice report collection

**About You**
- 2-4 years experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm is highly essential
- Experience using Xero XPM is highly regarded
- Knowledge of CAS 360, ATO, Xero and MS Office
- An ability to build strong client and team relationships
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
