**Role**:

- To lead and develop teacher capacity through the alignment of professional development with the Strategic Plan and Annual Implementation Plan. This role supports staff by working in close partnership with the Learning Specialists¿ Instructional Practice and the Leading Teacher
- Curriculum to develop teacher capacity through the review, design and delivery of differentiated teaching and learning programs within effective and engaging learning environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development of teacher capacity in the focus areas of Teaching and Learning, and Student Engagement and Wellbeing to provide enhanced student outcomes through significant involvement in and leadership of the PLCs.
- Collaborate in developing and monitoring processes and protocols for observation and feedback of teacher practice and peer collaboration
- Provide leadership for teachers in implementing the college¿s Instructional Practice Model, and the pillars of the KDC Learner
- Support the professional learning needs of staff by liaising with other leaders, ES and Principal class to align requests with college priorities.
- Manage the Career Start and VIT programs, ensuring compliance and support for staff.
- Develop term calendars by liaising with key personnel, ensuring equity and fairness in meeting time.
- Provide targeted coaching and feedback to teachers to support the documentation of the school¿s Disability Inclusion framework.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate professional learning programs aimed at enhancing inclusive teaching practices.
- Collaborate closely with curriculum teams to ensure specific and targeted adjustments are effectively integrated into planning, instruction, and assessment.
- Facilitate professional conversations focused on instructional improvement and inclusive curriculum practices.
- Lead reviews of school policies and procedures relating to inclusive education, curriculum documentation and compliance
