**About the role**

Working in partnership with one of our largest transformation programs, you will be accountable for driving strategy, innovation and delivery of digital tech solutions for our customers and colleagues through our NAB front end channels. You will be a thought leader determining actions to enhance the customer, developer and end user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Delivery Management**: Own the delivery of key digital capability to support one of our largest transformation programs. This includes the delivery of Channel supported miniapps, mobile and web components to ensure safe, sustainable, and compliant tech delivery.
- **Design and influence**: the strategic direction of NABs digital technology capabilities
- **Innovation**: Drive innovation of new ideas and improvements to keep our digital capabilities up to date with latest technology trends.
- **DevOps Culture and Growth Mindset**: Establish end-to-end automation and build a culture of growth mindset. Enable multi cloud treatment.
- **Federated Delivery and Channel Support**: Enable federated delivery and build a high-quality team supporting all the domain channels.
- Evangelise the vision and purpose of our capability to motivate teams and attract world class engineers to team.
- **Be the change**: Lead and motivate team members including role modelling behaviours, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and identification of training and development opportunities.
- **Cost Management**: Track and maintain the cost under budget and always look for automation opportunities to enable efficiencies.

Your Skills and Experience:

- At least 8 years experience in managing the front-end technology teams who build working software - preferably React and React Native micro frontends.
- Sound knowledge of multi cloud architecture.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Deep experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Building, leading and managing teams between 50-200+ people.
- Managing & delivering multi-business unit initiatives.
- Contract & vendor management.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities.
- Highly developed problem solving and decision making.
- Collaboration and teamwork.
- Plans & Aligns.
- Risk policy and management.
- Cultivates Innovation.
- Ability to influence technical stakeholders.
