**About the Project**:

- Wamuran Irrigation Scheme Project (WIS)
- Large Water pipeline project
- Civil Scope
- Pump stations
- 80 Staff on site
- Self performing

**About you**:
You are a highly competent and committed "Hands on" Leading Hand/ Junior Supervisor with a track record of efficiently managing on site construction activities for the purpose of achieving project time and budget objectives. You have attained a high performing reputation in Water or Civil projects across the infrastructure sector, where you love your work and are driven by the challenge of contributing to the success of these projects.

You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a mindset of continuous improvement, looking to attain mentorship in moving up the rank, into Supervisor in time. Not getting the career progression you deserve from a Tier 1? Then why not work with us

**What you need**:

- Good energy and positive attitude, with a focus on solutions and problem solving
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- High level of organisation
- Experience with water-retaining structures, pipework, and chemical dosing
- Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and processes
- Knowledge of SEQ Code
- Highly regarded tickets - work at heights, confined space, operator scissor lift, operate EWP, dogman, excavator, bobcat, first aid, CPR, HR truck licence
- Interested in working in a diverse and multi-skilled team on widely varied water and wastewater projects Comfortable to step out of your lane and try something different.
- Strong attention to planning and programming the works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
