**Location: Trafalgar, Victoria 3824**

**Part time position - Hours 16 - 24 hours**

**Commencement date : 28/05/2025**

**Shifts**:
**Monday 3pm - 7am**

**Thursday 3pm - 7am**

**Friday 3pm - 7am**

**Saturday - 3pm - 7am**

**About the role**:Ability to provide support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, and household management.

Confidence in supporting the client to engage in community activities and achieve their goals.

**Requirements**:
Certificate III in Individual Support

6-12 months experience supporting clients with Behaviour Support Plans

Medication assistance

Valid drivers license

access to a reliable and insured Vehicle

NDIS Screening check
