**Job description**

C & G Solutions is seeking to appoint a Permanent Part time Cleaning Supervisor for a local site Nowra/Shoalhaven site. Approximately average 20 hours per week (usually weekday mornings).

The role will involve being the onsite supervisor responsible for overseeing the team of cleaners who rotate through the site as scheduling requires, therefore you will be the constant/regular at the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

- liaising with the Operations Manager in relation to site issues
- managing stock levels and standard of team performance
- training and inducting staff to the processes specific to the site
- building and maintaining a good working relationship with the Client, Operations Manager and the team.
- All required cleaning tasks for site

You may be required to work in other locations as a secondary role as required secondary to your primary role.

Successful applicants will require:

- Driver’s License
- Reliable transport
- Working with children check or willing to get one
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent team work skills
- Excellent ability to work alone
- Be trustworthy and reliable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $26.17 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
