We are seeking **Personal Care Workers **to join our Residential Aged Care Team in the Northern Sydney area (Thornleigh and Gordon). This role will provide person centred direct care services to our elderly clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, within a highly respected, not for profit organisation.

We seek self-motivated and friendly individuals with:

- Motivation and commitment to caring for the elderly
- Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement)
- Minimum of 500 hours of working experience working in residential aged care services providing personal care, and/or support services
- Evidence of good communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
- Able to communicate in either Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese is highly regarded
- Evidence of good team building and interpersonal skills
- Has right to work in Australia legally
- National Police Clearance
- Experience in dementia care is preferred
- Qualifications and experience in providing medication assistance is highly desirable
- Able to undertake some night shifts

Pay: Up to $40.13 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
