**About the role**:
**Cooinda** is set against a beautiful country setting on 25 acres, nestled amongst bushland and surrounded by native wildlife.

As **Maintenance Officer** you will:

- Undertake day-to-day operations of the maintenance department in line with schedule of works;
- Undertake projects and building and maintenance works as directed;
- Ensure equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner

**This is a permanent, part time position - 76 hours per fortnight.**

**About you**:
Critical to your success in this role will be previous experience in commercial maintenance and the proven ability to demonstrate a **_customer service focus_**.

In addition you will need to obtain and maintain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
