Pizza Maker

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Maker to join our culinary team at a reputable restaurant. As a Pizza Maker, you will play a crucial role in creating our signature dishes, ensuring that every pizza meets our high standards for taste, appearance, and quality. This position requires a blend of creativity, precision, and teamwork, as you will be responsible for every aspect of the pizza-making process, from dough preparation to ingredient selection and cooking techniques. Applicants should have an understanding of various pizza styles and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and knead pizza dough according to established recipes.
- Select, measure, and prepare fresh ingredients for pizza toppings.
- Create a variety of pizzas, including specialty and custom orders, to meet customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal pizza quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and maintain efficient service flow.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient ordering as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar position in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong understanding of pizza-making techniques and ingredient pairing.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for cooking and creating exceptional food experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
