**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare fun lessons focused on learning songs our students choose to learn
- Create and maintain outstanding relationships with our students, parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers, team and community
- Personalise learning content so it's "just right" for each specific student (i.e. not too easy, not too hard, but just right for the level they are currently at)
- Use our documented procedures, protocols and structures to maximise student engagement and retention
- Teach all ages and abilities in group and private settings
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, recommended listening, etc.)
- Maintain a tidy and orderly music room
- Attend, contribute and participate in to team meetings, professional learning opportunities we provide, and concerts or other performance opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a teacher and/or willingness to learn from us regardless of your experience level
- Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Strong moral values and discipline
