If you are looking to pick up additional morning work, then this is the job for you. We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner or team of two to service a restaurant in Rose Bay for 7 days a week.

In this role you will be required to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety and deliver exceptional cleaning services based on the client needs.

**The Role**:

- Full kitchen detail on Sunday/Monday morning - cleaning inside and outside of range-hoods using food formulated degreaser, cleaning grill and oven trays, cleaning stove hobs, and polishing stainless benches
- Using chemicals and adhering to safety standards
- Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements
- Complete tasks associated with vacuuming and mopping floors
- Disinfection of bathrooms and amenities
- Spot check and clean of mirrors and glass throughout
- Wiping down and disinfecting back of house along with stainless steel polishing

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have prior experience in light commercial cleaning - full training will also be provided upon commencement,
- Your own transport and driver’s license due to the nature of work,
- Be able to work autonomously or in a team environment,
- Have good time management and communication skills - this is key to maintaining our relationships with clients,
- Adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace,
- Have a national police check,
- Have 2 contactable references.
